"Usually on village outskirts there are large-unused plots. Such lands would be identified by the climate change department and massive plantation drive would be taken up in support with the local villagers," Said a forest department official. The climate change department is also planning to have green credit region.
Instade of the current the current regime of carbon credit system will require potential polluters to take some green initiative first and later earn credits from them.Also,the polluters to take some green inactive first and later earn credits form them.Also,pollution levels should never exceed the "Green Credit” they have earned.
