We have the requisite organisational experience and expertise to frame design  programme, backed by adequate research and analysis capability and database.

The design cell is headed by senior architects and engineers , under whose guidance  the  designs are critically analysed at each stage, right from conceptual analysis,  through  technical and feasibility studies, Environmental impact assessment and   economical feasibility.

We also have the organisational capability to prepare programme schedules, backed by adequate computer facilities, utilising packages like ‘M.S. Projects and ‘Primavera' for preparing CPM/PERT networks.

Our organisation has a strong and well developed M.I.S. in place for monitoring and reviewing of progress and maintaining strict technical and quality control over the project, which is commensurate with that in international works.

We also have the requisite setup for contract administration, supported with a M.I.S. for smooth conduction of a project.

Our organisation has an advanced and effective design quality control programme with inputs from various departments at each stage of the design development.
