At the Mani Group, we are proud to state that our biggest asset is the confidence reposed in our integrity by our customers.
These are the number of initiatives that have contributed to this sense of trust: our properties are built on land clearly owned by us; all our properties are built on environmentally safe and sustainable tracts; all terms and conditions accompanying our sale are marked by the conspicuous absence of fine print; all the super built-up space that a prospective owner needs to pay for is meticulously computed and transparently listed, and the entire cost of add-on facilities (electricity connection, generators, iron-removal plant, intercom, external window grills etc) is borne by us as opposed to the general practice of passing it on to buyers.
The result of this priority is reflected in our success. Since we went into business in 1981, there has not been a single instance of any variation between our measurements and the independent verifications conducted by our buyers. Making us one of the most trustable names in our business for more than two decades.
At Mani Group, we enhance the return on life for our customers through seven specific ways…
By keeping all the promises we have made
By our keen attention to detail
By making word of mouth our strongest ambassador
By exceeding our customers’ expectations
By investing quality in our construction to protect our customers’ asset for generations
By creating a sense of trust
By bringing a long-term commitment to our business
At the Mani Group, we have extended this philosophy further. We have always delivered to buyers ‘an extra percentage over the initial commitment’.
This commitment has been manifested most visibly in the value we have successfully added not just to our projects, but an entire pin code. Take the value that we built into Mani Towers on the relatively unknown James Long Sarani in 1986, as an instance. We reinforced project value with community value: we facilitated the construction of a road between New Alipore and James Long Sarani. A modernised conduit prompted a number of upmarket residents to move further south, helping upgrade the residential character of the vicinity. Today, James Long Sarani is considered as an extension of the posh New Alipore.
We have conducted a similar exercise connecting Mandeville Gardens with Cornfield Road; we have also built the service road opposite Salt Lake Stadium and the road connecting Apollo Gleneagles Hospital on the EM Bypass with the hinterland of Manicktala.
As a result, our customers have derived an attractive appreciation over the years.Helping enhance our reputation from property creators to ‘community builders’.
