The Company in the name and style of " ELITE CHEMICALS " was formed in the year 1975. The factory to manufacture Bulk Drugs & Fine Chemicals was established in the Industrial Area of Bhavnagar City of Gujarat State, India in the year 1976.

The Company was started by young technocrat enterpreneurs with a vision to serve Indian Pharmaceutical Industry by Manufacturing and Supplying import substitute Bulk Drugs.

The Bulk Drugs manufacturing plant of the company is approved by F.D.A. and in-house testing facility of the company is also approved by F.D.A.

The Company has got State Pollution Control Board Consent for discharge of effluent and air right from the begining.

The Company manufactures at its Bhavnagar plant various Bulk Drugs and fine Chemicals. The Company is regular Exporter of Bulk Drugs to various developed and developing countries. These products of the company are well accepted in international market.
