Ms. JAY ENGINEERING was founded in the year 1993 by a team of technocrats, who have gained more than a decade experience in the field of fluid engineering.

The company is professionally managed by its Founder and Managing director Mr. Hitesh Ramolia and Mr. Deepak Patel with a qualified and well trained work force of over 25 members of the company. It has manufactured and installed over 1,00,000 diffuser sets for various ETP applications across the country in last few years.

From 1993, we are the supplier of piping material for effluent treatment plant and various process industries. To comply with our esteem client’s and consultant’s insistence to supply the other equipments like diffuser, we had started to manufacture our first AIRFIN ® series fine bubble membrane diffuser in 1997. After getting enormous response of our clients and environmental consultants, we were encouraged to develop full range of AIRFIN ® diffusers. The properties of membrane material are tested by CIPET – a reputed testing laboratory. We maintain Engineering and 2-D, 3-D capable drafting department and we offer complete Design assistance to our consultant and customers.

Through our quality consciousness, close supervision, punctuality, in delivery, soft behaviors with the clients and prompt after sales services, we penetrated into the competitive market and captured prestigious orders and executed without any extra efforts. After gaining such experience and earning some quantum of money, we had started full fledged workshop in 2007 having 5000 sq. ft. workspace area to manufacture variety of diffusers.

In 1997, when we had started to manufacture the diffuser, our turnover was 2. Lacs having small work area of 600 sq. ft. which is constantly and tremendously raised up to 1 crore in 2007.

The diffusers which are designed and developed by us are accurate and precisely manufactured under the strict supervision of our director Mr. Hitesh Ramolia and our strict inspection department.

Our Workshop comprises of a fully equipped machine shop and quality control facilities. Moreover, we have all in house facilities to test the Diffusers as per ASCE Standards, enabling flawless production and delivery of Diffusers by our qualified workforce.

We are the supplier to various types of industries like Chemical industries, Pharmaceutical Industries, Textile industries, Food Industries, Dairy Industries, Pulp and Paper Industries, Hotels, Engineering Industries Or to the direct OEMs.
