Thereafter, the treated combined wastewaters are discharged into the municipal sewers of Hyderabad for further treatment and disposal by Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board.

All the user industries of the CWWTP are the shareholders of the Company. Thereafter every member industry is required to make payment to the CWWTP depending on the volume and quality of wastewaters that are being sent for treatment to the CWWTP.

The charges are equitable and totally depend upon the pollution load that is being sent for treatment. The treatment charge, have been revised from time to time based on the financial requirements of the treatment company, for capital expenditure, augmenting the treatment capacity, improving the quality of treated effluent, investment in R&D.
