Rotomotive Powerdrives India Ltd. incorporated in August 2006 is an Indo-Italian joint venture with Rotomag Motors & Controls and Indian promoters holding 51% stake and Motive s.r.l and the Italian promoters holding the balance 49%. The Italian and Indian promoters share an equal representation on the board. The joint venture agreement allows full access to current and future technologies of Motive s.r.l as well as a reverse flow of technology and buy back from Rotomotive to Motive.
