This brief profile is by way of introduction to this company and to clarify its areas of activity. The Company operates within the area of Infrastructure Renewal and Development and has specialist expertise within the field of water resources. We have considerable experience in this field both in India and abroad and are proud to state that we are the pioneers in this field, having completed the first rehabilitation contracts using such technology carried out under aid packages from the U.K. Govt. in Varanasi. The Company has successfully completed high profile sewer renovation contracts in Delhi. We have successfully completed a Rs 119 lacs contract for Rehabilitation of 2200 mm dia trunk sewer under the Bhairon road , also the works of rehabilitation of 474 meters of the same sewer at different locations, for a value of Rs 938 lacs . 

It is pertinent to mention here that this was the first largest project carried out in the country then We also have completed the work of rehabilitation of 559 meters of 900mm - 1050 mm dia RCC pipe cum egg shaped brick barrel sewer near N – 65 block Karol Bagh at a total cost of 420 lacs, also the de silting & CCTV survey of 1200 mm dia N.T.S. from Bharat Nagar bridge to Patel Chest bridge for total length of 2.5 K.M for Rs. 98 lacks. We have recently executed the de silting of relieving trunk sewer of west Delhi for a length of 5.13 KM at a total cost of Rs.263.63 lacs and rehabilitation of 200 m of 1600 mm dia sewer with GRP lining at a cost of Rs 120 lacs. In addition to the above we also have completed of revival of sewer system of Uttam Nagar group of colonies in west Delhi at a total cost of Rs 160 lacs.

Apart from the above we also have supplied 12 nos. of sewer cleaning machines to Delhi Jal Board on hire on a contract for 5 years . These machines are being operated and maintained by us. The value of this contract is Rs 6,12,00,000 and the project is called “Hiring of 12 Nos. Vehicle Mounted Jetting cum Suction Sewer cleaning Machines including their operation and maintenance.” Recently we have been awarded with two major projects for Delhi Jal Board for rehabilitation of sewer lines namely rehabilitation of 1200 mm sewer and “Rehabilitation of oval shaped brick barrel from red fort to Delhi gate for a total value of Rs 16.68 Crores. In the process of undertaking these works, and in recognition of the enormous need for this technology in India, we have invested heavily in specialist-imported equipment including large de-silting plant and safety equipment, and in the training of our personnel.

Our expertise covers all aspects of sewer renovation including the following elements: · De-silting and cleaning of sewers; · The surveying of sewers using remote CCTV equipment; · The condition assessment of sewer lines by expert UK Engineers; · The design of sewer renovation solutions to suit each specific project; · The undertaking of sewer renovation works; and, · Post works surveys and assessments to verify successful completion. All of these elements come together to provide the client with a COMPLETE SOLUTION. We also have established a sister company under the direct control of a UK materials expert, to manufacture the specialist raw materials, pipes and liners necessary to successfully undertake these works under the name and style of SABAS. This company operates fully European Audited and Certified ISO 9002 management systems, it manufactures to the highest standards with considerable testing both internally and by international laboratories. In terms of our projected volume of business the Company has confirmed workload for the aforementioned value and anticipates rapid growth over the next 12 months. However, until such time as the application of the Company’s construction techniques, which at this point in time are not offered by very few Indian company, are publicised and the requirement is fully quantified it is not possible to accurately assess a future business volume. However as an indication of potential workload we anticipate that spending in Delhi alone will be to the tune of Rs 480 crore over the next 5 years within this market sector.
