OPERATION OF THE DOSING SYSTEM 

Manual operation- Prepare / pour chemical solution of required concentration in the tank. Agitate the solution for proper mixing. start the pump. The dosing volume can be adjusted from 10% to 100% with the impulse-adjusting knob. Dosing flow (ml/hr) = {Main flow (m3/hr) X ppm dosage (g/m3)} / Solution concentration % Pump will automatically stops when level of chemical solution in the tank goes below set low level. Automatic operation- Prepare / pour chemical solution of required concentration in the tank. Agitate the solution for proper mixing. start the pump. The dosing volume will be adjusted from 10% to 100% with the impulse-adjusting knob automatically by receiving the signal from down stream suitable instrument (pH, ORP, Conductivity, etc.). Dosing flow (ml/hr) = {Main flow (m3/hr) X ppm dosage (g/m3)} / Solution concentration % Pump will automatically stops when level of chemical solution in the tank goes below set low level. It can also give the alarm.
