JENO Maran Group was established by Er. S. Thangamanimaran as Jeno Maran Builders Pvt. Ltd., in 1989. He is a scholar Engineer from Madras University, India and then started his career with Public Works Division, Govt. of Pondicherry, India.

The Companies’ assignments started with Structural designing and then graduated to Constructions, Buildings, Consulting, Design and Execution, Real Estate Promoters / Promotions’ Ventures and has had earned a steady growth and popularity in the last 22 years of being in this Industry. Today the set-up is equipped with best of instruments related to perfect designing of Buildings, Complexes, Industries, Hotels & Resorts and Constructions.

JENO Maran Group does at an average of 40 Projects per year rated over the last 22 years in Consulting with a credibility of having designed more than 9 Million sq. feet of Constructions. The take-off from Structural Consulting to Designs and then to Constructions and involving in all areas of Consulting was very gradual and steady over the years.

JENO Maran Group encourages the practice of usage of Solar & Windmill power, Eco-Buildings and Resorts.

JENO Maran has created landmarks in designing and inventing specifications of their own standards. JENO MARAN’s assignment composition starts from Consulting the customer from Concept Plan of the requirement to understanding the needs till presentation of the Prototype.
